Oreo Chocolate Milkshake

Double chocolate indulgence in a glass

This chocolate lover's dream has become our signature dessert drink, combining the beloved crunch of Oreos with rich chocolate ice cream for the ultimate indulgence. We've perfected the blend ratio to achieve that ideal consistency – thick enough to satisfy but smooth enough to enjoy through a straw. The addition of chocolate sauce creates ribbons throughout the shake, while frozen glasses ensure every sip stays perfectly chilled from first taste to last.

  • 168 ml chocolate ice cream
  • 84 ml whole milk
  • 4 Oreo cookies (plus 3 for garnish)
  • 50 ml double cream
  • 1 tbsp chocolate sauce (plus extra for drizzling) 1 tbsp cocoa powder Whipped cream for topping Chocolate shavings for garnish

Step 1: Place three tall glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes minimum. This keeps your milkshake thick and prevents it from melting too quickly.

Step 2: Separate 3 Oreo cookies for garnish. Roughly break the remaining 9 cookies into chunks – uneven pieces create the best texture in the final shake.

Step 3: Add chocolate ice cream, milk, broken Oreos, double cream, chocolate sauce and cocoa powder to a blender. Pulse 4-5 times to break up the ice cream.

Step 4: Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until smooth but with visible cookie pieces throughout. The mixture should be thick but pourable.

Step 5: Remove glasses from freezer. Drizzle chocolate sauce around the inside of each glass, creating dramatic streaks down the sides.

Step 6: Pour milkshake into glasses, filling three-quarters full. Top generously with whipped cream, add a whole Oreo cookie and chocolate shavings. Serve immediately with wide straws.
